STRENGTH

Specific work to build your strength through the basic lifts. Aimed at experienced people who want to develop this wonderful quality.

A member in a lifting belt gripping the loaded barbell before a deadlift

Squat, bench press, deadlift, hip thrust: the basic lifts, with sets built to add weight week after week. It is the class for anyone who already has the technique and wants to focus purely on getting stronger.

Who is STRENGTH for? Anyone: the coach adjusts the load and the version of each movement to the person in front of them, not the other way round.
